Wine Tour Testimonials | Newcastle Limousines

Dear Andrew,
I know that a couple of weeks have passed since our group enjoyed the Hunter Valley Wine Tour with Newcastle Limousines but, on behalf of our group, I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip! Ken, our driver was excellent. He was friendly, welcoming and fun, encouraged our questions, took time to answer them and was flexible with the tour itinerary to meet the needs and suggestions of individual group members. Overall we had a fabulous day seeing kangaroos in the wild, visiting the wineries, a great 'beer' place for lunch and 'tastings' and exploring viewpoints which highlighted the beauty of the Hunter Valley and its environs! Ken was also keen to pass on information about Newcastle as well as Hunter Valley, quietly kept us in line with respect of time to allow us to return right on time to the ship thus ensuring the trip was carefree, completely enjoyable and relaxing for all involved.

Additionally I would like to add my own comments in respect of your contribution in liaising directly with me with respect to organising the trip. My initial enquiry and subsequent correspondence were answered promptly and efficiently all of which contributed to the ease of booking. My expectations were fulfilled at every stage of the process from initial contact through to Ken meeting our group at the agreed place and time with my name clearly displayed!

As a result of all of the above our entire group would have no hesitation in recommending your services to others who find themselves in Newcastle and are seeking a Hunter Valley Wine Tour. Please convey our heartfelt appreciation to everyone involved. Many thanks to all for the most wonderful day! To whom it may concern,
I am writing this email in regards to the limousine service that we had this Saturday the 20th of May. Some friends and I booked the service for the day to go to the Lovedale Festival! We were pleasantly surprised to be warmly greeted by Ken, who assured us that he was there to help us with anything we needed for the day. Throughout the day he drove us to many different wineries within the festival and some other hidden treasures along the way. He was a wealth of knowledge in regards to different areas around the Hunter Valley and had a story for many different places throughout the day.
Ken was so wonderful with any request that we asked, with stopping and taking many photos of us along the way, only being one of them.
He stopped and organised impromptu wine tastings at some small wineries. It was at these places that we could see that his bubbly personally was also appreciated by many of the workers at these establishments. Everyone that we met had nothing but wonderful things to say about Ken and mentioned they always enjoyed when he visited.
I really just wanted to send this email to let you know that we are extremely grateful for the fantastic experience that Ken created for my friends and I. The day wouldn't have been the same without him and you should be so proud to have a member of staff, like Ken, on your team. Because of Ken, we have already been discussing organising another trip around the wineries later this year. We will be in touch and will certainly be arranging our trip with you for a time that Ken is available. Ken will always be known to us, as the man with a passion for helping other.

We had a car hired to pick us up at the crowne in Newcastle and to Ashtonfield and return on Saturday night at 6pm for an elopment.

We would like to say how impressive and wonderful our driver Steve was. Very professional polite and funny. He enhanced our wedding night.

Highly recommended and would travel with Steve again.
