Twelve, Thirteen, Twenty, Twenty Four & Twenty Seven seat buses are available for Vineyard tours, Concert transport, Airport transfers and other charters.

BUS HIRE WITH DRIVER: Base to Base hire

We do many transfers to and from wedding receptions, concerts, company or private functions. Each transfer is priced depending on time and distance but to give you an example a transfer from several Newcastle or Lake Macquarie* suburbs to a Newcastle CBD wedding reception and home again in an 11 passenger bus would be $210* each way.

We now have on fleet a 27-passenger Yutong D7 mini coach. This will complement our minibus fleet. The Munro has large coach-style windows with individual curtains. It has all the latest technology with onboard camera security and air-operated extra passenger steps to make client entry and exit safer and more convenient.

Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 The deposit shall be refundable for cancellations made prior to fourteen (14) days of the Hire date.

5.3 If you are not present at the agreed collection point for the commencement of the hire period you will be deemed to have cancelled the booking and full fee shall apply.

5.5 In the case of transfer of Hire Date to another available date deposit is transferable but then subject to the above conditions with new Hire Date.

5.6 In the case of PREMIUM Dates such as Lovedale Long Lunch, Pokolbin Concerts & Music Festivals deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle is rebooked.
