I meant to write this earlier, but what with Christmas and all, time got away.
On Friday, 12 December 2014, your driver, Steve Chaffey, picked us up from our Belmont home and took us into Newcastle.
From the moment we saw him, we were impressed with his attire, his punctuality, his manners and his attentiveness to ourselves.
He was easy to talk to without being forward. He drove smoothly and well and delivered us without incident.
He helped my wife in and out of the car without being unctuous or forward.
He made a big impression on us and we would have no hesitation in recommending him as a driver, or your company as a hire car agent.
Would you please ensure that he sees this e-mail as it is rare to get a compliment nowadays, and Steve is certainly deserving of praise.
